Challenges after 50

Between the ages of fifty and sixty and beyond, the skin shows visible damage and requires a more aggressive aesthetic approach. Pronounced pigmentation changes, dilated capillaries (telangiectasias), and actinic (solar) keratosis are present, along with significant skin sagging and loss of subcutaneous tissue volume.

Prevention

The basic measures are the same as for previous categories, with the products used being accordingly stronger. These include cleansing (peels, hydrodermabrasion, laser), toner application, application of products with antioxidants, use of moisturizing masks, and sun protection.
In addition to basic measures, we can add fillers, Botox, lipofilling, LED / IPL / ablative / non-ablative lasers, depending on the degree of damage. For the care of other body parts, we can use acoustic or vacuum therapy, non-surgical liposuction methods, and lymphatic drainage with pressotherapy.
