Tamara Klarić, M.D. she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana in 2003. LETA 2004 I she began her specialization in general surgery at the General Hospital Novo mesto and later at the University Medical Center Ljubljana, completing it in 2011. From February 2012 to December 2015, she was employed at the Avelana Ultrasound and Vascular Surgery Clinic in Otočec.
In the last eight years, she has performed over 2,000 endovenous laser treatments. She performs laser treatments for perforating veins, microphlebectomy, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy of recurrent and perforating veins, sclerotherapy of reticular veins and telangiectasias. Laser procedures for capillary and reticular veins, ablation of benign lesions, and minor surgical procedures. She is experienced in ultrasound diagnostics of the venous system.
As a reference physician, she lectured at educational events at Life Care International, Dubai, UAE, and Al Tai Medical Center Doha, Qatar. Since March 2017, she has been conducting training sessions on the use of Fotona's endovenous laser system for surgical procedures. Physicians from Malaysia, Egypt, Hungary, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, South Africa, Croatia, Portugal, Kuwait, Romania, USA, Finland, Canada, and Slovenia have visited. She is a member of the Slovenian Association of Vascular Surgeons and the European Venous Forum (EVF)..
