Ana Katarina Vujkovac Mahmutović, M.D.
Ana Katarina Vujkovac Mahmutović, MD, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Ljubljana in 2016. She completed her specialization in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery at the University Medical Centre Ljubljana and passed her specialist exam with honors in 2023. In the same year, she also passed the European professional exam EBOPRAS.
During her clinical training, she was involved in the treatment of complex reconstructive procedures and was also a member of multidisciplinary teams for breast reconstruction, post-bariatric surgery, and vascular malformations, where she gained extensive experience in precise surgical planning and reconstruction.
For over ten years, she has been intensely involved in aesthetic surgery and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. During this time, she has developed in-depth professional knowledge and a sense of harmony in facial and body proportions, combining surgical precision with an aesthetic understanding of the individual. Her work is based on safe, professionally grounded procedures and an individualized approach that considers the anatomical peculiarities and desires of each patient.
She has the title of assistant and is pursuing a doctoral degree in Biomedicine at the University of Ljubljana. She is an author and co-author of several professional and scientific papers and an active participant in domestic and international professional meetings.
