Procedure Description

Arm rejuvenation (brachioplasty) is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin and, if necessary, fat, shaping a firmer and tighter upper arm. At Juventina, we perform the procedure with an individualized approach, selecting the optimal technique based on a precise examination of the skin and tissue:

  • liposuction (with good skin elasticity)
  • Brachioplasty (for excess skin)
  • combination of both methods

The pose includes:

  • Excess skin removal
  • Subcutaneous tissue remodeling
  • precise multi-layer closure for a better scar appearance
Our approach is based on:

accurate anatomical assessment
- careful planning of the incision (for the least visible scar)
- creating a natural, aesthetically pleasing result

The goal of the procedure is a firm, smooth, and proportionate shape of the upper arms, in relation to other body proportions.

Preparation for surgery

The first step is a consultation, where we assess the amount of excess skin, tissue quality, and listen to your wishes and expectations.

Before surgery, we recommend:

  • Cessation of smoking at least 4 weeks prior to the procedure
  • stable body weight
  • avoiding medications that affect blood clotting

Within the Juventina Care 360° program, we guide you through the entire process individually – from preparation, a personalized treatment plan, all the way to a satisfactory final result and successful recovery.

Procedure steps

The operation is performed under local or general anesthesia, usually in the following steps:

  • remove excess skin (and fat if necessary)
  • liposuction may be performed as needed
  • A new contour of the upper arm is being formed.
  • In the morning, apply multiple layers for optimal healing.

The scar is carefully planned and placed so it's as inconspicuous as possible – usually on the inner part of the upper arm.

Recovery

After the procedure, swelling, bruising, and mild pain are possible, which will gradually subside.

It is important to consider:

  • For the first few days, we recommend rest.
  • Compression garments aid in healing

After surgery, small drainage tubes can be temporarily placed to help prevent fluid buildup and support the healing process. Most patients return to their daily activities within 1-3 weeks. With a program Juventina Care 360° we ensure safe, guided, and optimal recovery.

For best results, we recommend:

  • wearing compression garments as directed
  • avoiding exertion and lifting heavy objects
  • properly healed scar
  • Postoperative return to activity

Juventina Care 360° includes:

  • Personalized preparation, intervention, and recovery plan
  • professional wound monitoring
  • clear care instructions
  • continuous support from our team for all your further questions
